 Founder/Principal Broker 

Born in the Ogden Valley, Heidi was raised in a family of business and real estate entrepreneurs.

Director of Operations/Managing Broker

Ann has a multi-faceted approach to real estate. First and foremost, she brings seven years of experience as an associate broker in the Ogden Valley and Park City. She and her husband, with whom she started the general contracting firm Montgomery Built in 2021, have built two houses of their own in the Valley.

Associate Broker 

Sherry's vast expertise in real estate spans over 18 years, dealing with diverse properties including raw land, luxury homes, second homes, condominiums, and developments. However, her prowess extends beyond real estate. With a Bachelor's degree in English and a Master's degree in Educational Psychology, her counseling background enables her to connect with people on a deeper level and helps in identifying their needs accurately.

During a two-plus decade career in real estate, Julia has approached her job with one overarching goal in mind: to help people get from where they are, to where they want to be. Whether at a top 1-percent firm in Portland, Oregon, where she started her real estate career, or managing her own small team as an independent agent, Julia has leaned on a background in the arts and a flair for interior design to help her clients imagine a home they could settle down in.

Garrett is originally from the Black Hills of South Dakota where he grew up with a small town, country lifestyle full of family and friends. He was raised in a family of sales, having a family owned farm equipment dealership for 36 years. However, his own first career choice was in sports medicine. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2010, and went on to earn several post-graduate certifications in fields of neuromuscular patterns, clinical kinesiology, and functional medicine.

Tessa Mitchell, a Lake Tahoe native and entrepreneur, has always had an adventurous spirit and love for the mountains. Growing up in a small ski resort town, she developed a deep appreciation for nature and the outdoors.
