About Garrett Neff

Garrett is originally from the Black Hills of South Dakota where he grew up with a small town, country lifestyle full of family and friends. He was raised in a family of sales, having a family owned farm equipment dealership for 36 years. However, his own first career choice was in sports medicine. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2010, and went on to earn several post-graduate certifications in fields of neuromuscular patterns, clinical kinesiology, and functional medicine.

Garrett’s pursuit of chiropractic medicine created a lifetime of memories in Hawaii, California, Canada and Colorado. Over his 15 years in practice, Dr. Neff has been involved with Pro Rodeo, The U.S. Ski Team, BYU Men’s Basketball, The Canadian Freestyle Ski Team, Canadian Speed Skating, National CrossFit, and Major League Soccer. 

Though he still works with several rodeo riders, Garrett is ready to tackle his next career move. He first became interested in real estate in 2017 through personal investment in buying, renovating and reselling homes. In 2023, he earned his real estate license and made the career move official. He finds a lot of correlation between practicing chiropractic medicine and real estate, namely listening to and caring for a person's needs and building relationships based on trust and professional expertise. 

He and his wife Brittney moved to Utah in 2018 and have since created a home here in the Ogden Valley. They have an adorable little funny farm in East Huntsville near the monastery, where they enjoy a variety of animals and entertainment. They are planting their roots here, and raising their new baby, Griffin.
