About Julia Robertson

During a two-plus decade career in real estate, Julia has approached her job with one overarching goal in mind: to help people get from where they are, to where they want to be. Whether at a top 1-percent firm in Portland, Oregon, where she started her real estate career, or managing her own small team as an independent agent, Julia has leaned on a background in the arts and a flair for interior design to help her clients imagine a home they could settle down in. 

An Ogden native with a heritage in the area dating back to the 1850s, Julia has fond memories of boating on Pineview Reservoir with her grandparents. Her childhood, however, was far from stationary. Much of her youth was spent in San Diego, and she has called every state on the West Coast home. Ogden, however, was never far from her mind. She learned to ski at Powder Mountain and Snowbasin during visits with her grandparents, and returned to Northern Utah to study photography and art history at Weber State University and the University of Utah. 

In her 20s, Julia moved to the Pacific Northwest, and travelled throughout Washington and Oregon while working as a marketing specialist for a global furniture company, including attending the furniture shows at High Point and World Market Center. In 2012, she transitioned into Real Estate, eventually earning her Earth Advantage Broker accreditation and representing her brokerage on the Certified B Corp committee. While in Portland, Julia found her love for farm-to-table food, sustainability, and exploring the outdoors. She and her husband spent five years remodeling their 1930s Tudor home, which awarded her with the knowledge to help her clients prepare for and manage renovations and construction. 

Along with her husband, son and dog, Waffles, Julia recently moved back home to Utah to be closer to family and settle down on Ogden’s East Bench. Her relocation back home has reignited her love for skiing, but has not quelled her wanderlust. She and her family love traveling, taking trips to their favorite beach in Encinitas, California, and searching out new adventures—usually with an eye toward finding new and unique places to eat.
